Антигистамины имеют за собой Кокрановский обзор. Большинство того, что продается рядом с ними на полке, не имеет таких данных.
Почему это происходит
Ваш вестибулярный аппарат сообщает о движении; ваши глаза сообщают о неподвижном внутреннем состоянии. Мозг получает два несовместимых сообщения о одной и той же ситуации и реагирует тошнотой. Этот единственный механизм объясняет почти все практические советы.
Это также объясняет, почему водитель редко чувствует себя плохо: он видит, куда движется машина, и предвосхищает каждое движение, поэтому сообщения согласуются.

Практические меры
- Сажайте их так, чтобы они могли смотреть вперед. Визуальная и вестибулярная информация лучше согласуются, когда смотрят вперед, а не вбок.
- Держите салон прохладным и проветриваемым. Жара и духота усугубляют ситуацию.
- Легкая еда заранее. Пустой желудок и тяжелая еда хуже, чем что-то небольшое.
- Переключитесь на аудио на извивающихся дорогах. Автомагистрали гораздо более терпимы к экранам, чем горные перевалы.
- Остановитесь при первых признаках. Как только начинается рвота, остальная часть пути гораздо труднее исправить.
- Возьмите очевидный набор. Мешки, салфетки, сменная одежда, вода. Подготовка снижает стресс для всех.
