Как часто нужно останавливаться в долгой поездке?
Приблизительно каждые два часа для водителя, чаще для маленьких детей, а электрическому автомобилю также потребуется остановка примерно с такой же периодичностью.
Водитель на первом месте
Усталость ухудшает время реакции, внимание и восприятие опасности, и это происходит постепенно, так что вы плохо судите о своем состоянии. Обзоры факторов риска безопасности дорожного движения постоянно ставят его среди значительных факторов [3].

Детям это нужно чаще
Младшие дети переносят удержание в кресле в течение более коротких периодов, и особенно в рекомендациях для младенцев советуют избегать очень долгих непрерывных периодов в автокресле, так как полусидячее положение, поддерживаемое в течение часов, может повлиять на дыхание у совсем маленьких. Для малышей и старших детей ограничение является поведенческим, а не физиологическим, но это не менее реально.

Использование удерживающих устройств

Слово, выполняющее работу, — правильное — неправильное использование распространено, и кресло, установленное небрежно или с перекрученными ремнями, работает значительно хуже своего рейтинга.
В длительной поездке стоит проверить установку перед выездом, а не на первой остановке, и стоит знать, что многие страны предлагают бесплатные услуги по проверке.
